Our requirement was the renovation of our guest bathroom in the upper floor of our home. This involved dismantling a vanity and removing a large wall mirror, retiling the floor partially, installing additional ceiling lights, painting the entire bathroom and installing a beautiful new vanity. Among the renovation companies contacted, Bubble Bath Home Improvement provided the most rapid and most professional response. They visited our home to assess the scope of the work and provided a prompt quote. Sina and his co-worker started the work on the agreed-upon date and proceeded with meticulous care. They managed to dismantle and remove the old vanity and the large wall mirror in about 2 hours, without a speck of glass or wood debris anywhere in the house. They carried out the work with tremendous care and caution. They were notably mindful of avoiding damage to walls and stairs while moving in moving things up and down in the house. The new vanity was installed to perfection with careful and excellent plumbing work. Sina and his assistant completed the entire work in less than two days. The quality of the painting was outstanding. Sina and his co-worker were most accommodating and amiable during the renovation. Sina and his team (Amir) did an excellent job on my main upstairs bathroom. Most importantly, it was the process that I was most impressed with. They covered and protected the existing flooring and kept the area tidy and clean. They renovated with great attention to detail, everything was level, neat, straight grout lines and was very thorough, right down to replacing a piece of hardwood to create a perfect transition between the wood floored hallway and the tiled bathroom. I highly recommend Bubble bath Home Improvement for your renovation. Sina provided a very fair and competitive quote. He was not only on budget but also ahead of schedule! Renovating during the Covid-19 pandemic is not easy during a stay-at-home order. Fortunately, Sina has the experience and expertise to help with acquiring the necessary materials. The only item on backorder was the shower glass which took 3 weeks to arrive after everything else was done. The unit was not occupied, so that did not cause any issues; had it been occupied, Sina would have installed a temporary shower rod to hang a curtain. They have experience working in condos, which have rules around renovating and building codes to adhere to. Every single piece of debris and garbage was removed from the building by the contractor. Nothing was put in the building's garbage, as per renovation rules. Sina and his team were polite, organized, respectful, efficient, and incredibly clean and tidy for this kind of reno. To preface, let me say that Sina and his team did an IMPECCABLE job with renovating my bathroom. I couldn’t be any happier with how they were able to transform my dull and low light bathroom, to a room I really enjoy going in to and using now. From the outset, I did my due diligence of looking into different contractors. I wasn’t looking for someone who gave me the cheapest quote per-se, but rather, trying to find someone who had experience with doing the actual job, finding positive reviews, and experience and being cognoscente about renovating in a condo unit/building, as not everything is possible because of management approval. The quote that Sina provided was very transparent and very fair. There were no hidden fee’s, no surprises. and any additional fee’s were mentioned during the preparation phase when I requested things to be added to the project. After signing the contract at the beginning, we had agreed on the start/end date of construction which was reassuring to me so it wasn’t just something up in the air. He started construction on the expected date, and even finished a day earlier than expected. Sina was also very prompt in replying to any emails when I had any inquiries, and available when I wanted to have a phone conversation. He also gave his opinion about what may look good and may not which I was very thankful for. One of the big headache’s and worries I had was how I would pick up and carry all the heavy material (such as tub, vanity, toilet) from the store, and bring it all the way up to my unit. As someone who doesn’t have a car, and/or the muscle power, I was extremely grateful that he offered to pick up many of the large materials that I had purchased for the job and bring them to my unit. During the actual construction period, Sina again was very communicative about how the progress was going, especially when it came for me to decide the details such where exactly faucets should go, towel hangers, and etc. At no point did I feel like I was being left out of the decision making. He was also cognoscente about leaving the unit as clean as possible during and at the end of the construction period. I think the pictures can speak for themselves, but it actually does look beautiful. I really enjoy going in and using the bathroom now. Everything from the painting, the tiles, the electrical, and the plumbing – working flawlessly. I would definitely recommend Sina and his team to anyone who is looking to do a bathroom reno. Very professional, reliable, easy to talk to, communicative, and able to do the job.
